General Assembly: Amending AMMnet’s Board Terms Structure & Why it Matters

AMMnet members were invited to a General Assembly where a proposed revision to AMMnet's bylaws was presented and voted on — specifically, a change to the length of Board member terms. Board Chair Hannah Slater led the one-hour session, walking members through the proposed changes, explaining the Board's rationale, and opening the floor for questions before the member vote took place. The session was conducted in English with real-time interpretation into French, and members were able to activate the Zoom Captions feature for real-time translation into the language of their choice.
