About the instructor:
Clara Champagne is an infectious disease modeller with a background in applied mathematics, statistics and public health. She works within the Analytics and Intervention Modelling group at Swiss TPH, where she develops models designed to inform decisions regarding malaria control interventions.
Her recent work focuses in particular on insecticide-treated bed nets, metapopulation models for prioritising interventions, and interventions targeting Plasmodium vivax. She also actively contributes to modelling work carried out in support of national malaria control programmes.
